As CommScope’s Marketo Architect, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our marketing automation tech stack, processes, and database are best-in-class. This role requires significant knowledge of Marketo and marketing infrastructure, and experience in data governance, compliance methodologies, process enhancement, and analytics. This is a hybrid position, preferably located in Shakopee, MN or at one of our other locations, including Claremont or Catawba, NC, and Richardson, TX. In this role you will:Act as the Marketo administrator responsible for leveraging the latest advances across technology to implement data governance and support process improvements.Oversee day-to-day instance architecture execution work to optimize Marketing and CRM technology and integrations and manage operational programs, automations, database hygiene, lead scoring, and lifecycle management.Be a hands-on marketing technology expert, responsible for project management and execution of various business needs in a scalable and sustainable fashion.Collaborate with the global CommScope marketing, sales, and IT teams to configure and use Marketo to optimize the team’s overall marketing strategy and marketing intelligence initiatives.Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, IT, or a related field and eight or more years of marketing experience.Experience as a Marketo system administrator, marketing operations manager, and/or owner of data, technology, and process management.Marketo Certified Expert.Proficiency in lead management, including scoring, routing, and nurturing.Experience in working with related CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and integration of leads and marketing campaigns between the CRM and Marketo.A relentless inventor and creative problem solver who is willing to evaluate new ways to optimize and leverage marketing automation.A demonstrated collaborative approach with effective internal and external communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).High levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation, and independent thinking.Resourceful disposition, leveraging all resources both internal and external to complete a project.Ability to manage and prioritize several complex projects.Proficiency in developing business cases, eliciting requirements, and implementing solution strategies with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other project team members.What Happens After You Apply:
