Position Summary:
Under general supervision, assists with the enforcement of security/safety related regulations, and protects hospital patients, visitors, staff, and property from hazardous conditions and/or criminal activities, including potential for violence in the workplace.
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year of related work experience.
Valid state driver's license.
Driving record must be within the approved insurance company’s regulations.
Preferred:
Related training beyond high school in related programs.
Previous experience in health care industry.
Associate degree in criminal justice, security administration or related field.
