Overview:
We are searching for an experienced Oracle Cloud Engineer specializing in ORC, Talent, and Learning for a client project. This role is a unique opportunity for an individual who can design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize software solutions that meet Oracle standards in support of a broader Oracle Modernization Project.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and document systems in line with Oracle standards.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software and system issues.
Lead deployment, support, and monitoring across different environments.
Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies.
Drive team strategy and prioritize initiatives for optimal results.
Architect, code, and configure integrations and customizations within SaaS software.
Desired Skills/Experience:
Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion (ORC, Talent, Learning).
Experience in multi-region Oracle HCM, ORC, and Talent configuration and administration.
Expertise in HCM quarterly patches, impact analysis, and validation.
Experience in customization (DFF, EFF), reports, concurrent programs, value sets, and form functions.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications (Talent, HCM) is essential.
Familiarity with Oracle Journeys and the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.
Experience in conducting CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and fit-gap analysis.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience in full project lifecycle, including development, implementation, and customization of workflows.
Knowledge of Oracle Redwood Design System.
Experience with security management and resolving security access issues.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Documentum.
Knowledge of Skill Nexus, Generative AI in Oracle, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Familiarity with HCM ADP Connector and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience in automating Oracle Cloud test data management and code deployment processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development in a professional environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion platforms, particularly in global HR.
Experience developing inbound/outbound, file/API-based integrations for Oracle HCM.
Prior experience with tools like Agile (Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, and Kanban.
Completion of at least one full lifecycle implementation of an Oracle Cloud project.
