Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Business Systems Analyst to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role involves analyzing science, engineering, and business data processing problems, aiming to automate and enhance existing systems while assessing computer system capabilities and workflow limitations.Responsibilities:Gather business requirements and communicate them effectively to programmers and developers.Collaborate with clients to understand their information processing needs.Conduct cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation decisions.Investigate and observe job processes to determine information processing requirements.Facilitate the integration of computer systems within the organization to enhance compatibility and information sharing.Consult with management to ensure alignment on system principles and objectives.Customize systems to accommodate new requirements and improve workflow efficiency.Benefits and Perks

Qualifications:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.Proficiency in tools like Jira, Excel, and Visio; familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with SQL querying and SharePoint is desirable.Prior experience in technical roles, data mapping, or related fields preferred.Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience required.
