Core hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Will participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Job Description

The SRE is the combination OS, DB & Network Admin with MIM skills.

Monitoring & Administration of Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Database (Oracle/MySQL/Mongo) Admin and Network (NetScaler LB) Admin.Monitoring, Alerting and dashboarding solutions that improve visibility into EA's application performance and business metrics.Infra and Applications L1 & L2 support.Develop and Troubleshoot distributed, large-scale production systems.Perform root cause analysis and post-mortems with an eye towards future prevention.Automation technologies to ensure repeatability, eliminate toil, reduce mean time to detection and resolution (MTTD & MTTR) and repair services.Documentation and support tooling.

Required SkillsAbility to work on call rotation.ITAR requires US Citizenship.Experience in monitoring infrastructure and application availability, Virtualization & Systems Administration experience.Incident, Change, Problem Management & Major Incident Management (MIM) experience.Level of experience needed is L1 & L2, not L3.No. of years’ Experience - Ranging between 2 to 6 years. Only SRE Lead position need 10+ years of experience.
