Job Description - Open Rank – Pediatric Critical Care Medicine (23000001VC)
Description:
This full-time position includes clinical care, teaching of fellows, residents, and medical students, as well as other academic pursuits and research opportunities. Responsibilities for the position include providing coverage for the critical care complex including Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Intermediate Care Unit, and Neuro-Critical Care Unit at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital. This is a non-tenure position.
Responsibilities:
Education and teaching, research, and clinical supervision of residents and students.
Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires an MD or equivalent degree.
Board certified or Board eligible in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
Must be able to obtain a State of Tennessee medical license.
DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES:
Board certified or board eligible for Pediatric Critical Care certification.
