The University of Tennessee’s Office of Innovative Technology (OIT) is seeking a CRM MuleSoft Developer to join our team. This position is classified in the Analyst 3 Job Family with a market range of MR14. The position will primarily support the implementation and maintenance of the campus Salesforce platform. The position will work under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Enterprise Applications and alongside a project manager, business analysts, and peer Salesforce developers and administrators. Primary responsibilities of the CRM MuleSoft Developer role include performing data integration functions, implementing upgrades as needed, configuration, testing, and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Perform data integration functions.Implement upgrades as needed.Configuration, testing, and documentation.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience using MuleSoft, or minimum of 7 years of related experience without a Bachelor's degree.Experience with MuleSoft Data integration tool.Ability to work independently, with some supervision, and within a team to achieve results and meet deadlines.Effective oral and written communication skills with user and technical audiences.Ability to quickly learn and use new technologies.Effective time management skills.Problem-solving skills.Knowledge and understanding of relational database design.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of CRM Technology.Knowledge of Salesforce SOQL.Knowledge of metadata management.Utilization of appropriate visualization and presentation tools, such as Visio or PowerPoint.EEO/AA Statement / Non-Discrimination Statement:
