Senior Lead Training Developer

Position Summary:MAG Aerospace is hiring for a senior Lead Training Developer who will oversee and manage all TSP and CBT development to ensure that these products are delivered within cost, on time, and within CDRL specifications.
This position also leads subordinate training developers by providing expert guidance and assistance and is considered an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
Must be a US Citizen
This position is contingent upon contract award

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review, assist and mentor subordinate employee’s work for quality and accuracy.
Coordinate work efforts with Contract Officer Representative and PEO C3T POCs.
Maintain the training materials in a current, up-to-date condition, working closely with maintenance and engineering.
Conduct training courses with a professional understanding of the principals of learning and teaching methods and be able to demonstrate their ability to apply principles and methods.
Prepare lesson plans, training catalogs, course materials, write instructional objectives.
Serve as an expert in instructional technology to include knowledge of audiovisual design and production and policies and procedures, which lead to qualification as an instructor.
Expert in training students in tasks required to test-operate, align, repair, service, and fault-isolate / troubleshoot the particular system to the lowest-replaceable units.
Interpret and articulate signal analysis, schematic diagram analysis, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
Design and conceptualize training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculum, and other state of the art technologies related to training and behavioral studies.
Identify the best approach training requirements to hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement.
Works with G-3/5/7, CCoE on TSP Verifications and Institutional Training requirements.
Review all OEM TSP deliverables for compliance with Army regulations.
Serves as an expert for providing technical guidance and information to meet requirements.
Establishes early and continuous working relationships with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and appropriate development and production activities during the development of training materials.
Requirements:Experience / Skills:
A minimum of ten (10) years progressive experience in planning and overseeing Material Fielding Services.
A minimum of eight (8) years related experience may be substituted for education.
A minimum of fifteen (15) relevant years of experience with tactical radio communications systems to include; SINCGARS Radio Sets, High Frequency (HF) Radios Sets, Legacy SATCOM Radios, software defined radios, and Tactical Networking Radios.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Other Qualifications:
U.S. citizenship is required.
Must possess a DoD Secret clearance.

The projected compensation range for this position is $80,500 to $149,500 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
