IT Project Manager I . The IT Project Manager I will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through peers. You must be committed to managing the full project lifecycle and execution in accordance with IT PMO Project Management methodology to keep time, cost and scope aligned. Success is measured by meeting expectations from project stakeholders and getting a declaration of customer satisfaction. Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessaryReviews project proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projectConfers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authorityPlans and analyzes assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectivesEstablishes a professional relationship with the customer and interfaces constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviewsPrepares project reports for management, sponsors and stakeholders, or othersResponsible for maintaining the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completionResponsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfactionMaintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staffObtains acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer and other key stakeholdersResponsible for the successful completion of the projectWhat’s in it for you:
