creates and leads marketing programs that support the organization's equipment and solutions marketing objectives to drive business growth, engaging prospective and existing customers in compelling brand stories that distinguish Daikin Applied in the marketplace. Under general direction, you will personally develop initiatives and manage a team of individual contributors. You will be a strategic leader accountable for strategic recommendations around marketing campaigns, brand messaging and optimization.A Day in the Life:Lead a team of marketing professionals that create and execute marketing programs for the organization's solutions portfolio across owned, paid, social and sales and solutions channels.Oversee content creation, development and execution of messaging across all channels, including editing and authoring original content.Manage traditional and digital channels including website, sales portal, email, social and digital media, sales collateral and videos.Develop marketing plans and media strategies in trade publications and industry associations and determine budget priorities and allocation.Team with Product Marketing leaders to co-create content and campaigns for new product launches.Oversee all digital marketing activities including all digital properties and paid advertising platforms.Partner with Events team to create messaging strategy and content for corporate experiences and work closely with Communications team to identify editorial content that will amplify paid, owned and earned media.Manage external agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of marketing programs.Develop a functional and fundamental knowledge of HVAC products, solutions and innovation pipeline to ensure marketing messages align with product and solutions strategy.What’s in It For you:Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more!The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth.The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best.What you will Bring:Bachelor’s degree Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or Liberal Arts.10 Professional marketing experience.7 years demonstrated leadership experience leading individual contributors.Experience working directly with C-level executives.Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suites, (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office Suite, and other tools of trade.Experience with traditional and digital marketing with a proven track record for planning and executing B2B marketing programs.Experience managing large budget annually and month-to-month.About UsBuilding a more sustainable planet.
