Overview:This position has the opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement: in-office three days per week at our headquarters in Dublin, CA and work-from-home two days per week.

In this role, responsibilities will include providing coding, testing, and client support for new and existing applications used by the Credit Union staff and members.

Responsibilities:

Participation in all phases of project life cycle: analysis, design, implementation, test, debug, and deploy web based and desktop application.

Hands on experience in design, developing and maintaining applications development using C#, MS-SQL and Angular.

Experience with Agile (SCRUM) methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD) process.

Create and maintain functional specification and other technical documents.

Work with SCRUM team (product team members, development, QA) as well as leadership and customers.

Work with professional services to support new and existing customer implementations.

Be up to date with new technologies and architectures, application design patterns, for potential implementation within platforms.

Available to troubleshoot and resolve critical issues in a 24/7 environment.

Functional Competencies:

Ability to design and build reliable, high-performance, large-scale systems.

Ability to identify, analyze, and address performance and scalability issues.

Must have working knowledge of technical strategies, business process design, application development and technical architecture.

Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills.

Must interact with all levels of staff, from front-line branch staff to Senior Vice Presidents.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and effectively prioritize workload.

Provide accurate estimates to complete assigned tasks.

Working knowledge of the host system that front-line staff use to perform member transactions.

Respond to member and staff help tickets in a timely manner.

Communicate with members and staff in a courteous fashion, whether by phone or email.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (CS or MIS Preferred), or equivalent experience.

5+ years of software development experience with enterprise multi-tier applications.

Demonstrated proficiency with C# .net core Application Framework.

Experience in Front-end UI Frameworks Angular, REACT, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, PHP, HTML.

Web Services, API and Microservices development experience, with Security and authentication.

Database design and development skills with Microsoft SQL Server, MYSQL.

Familiar with Windows 2016, IIS, GitHub, Jenkins, issue tracking systems.

Be able to communicate openly and frequently with all members of the team.

Must be a self-motivated fast learner and able to work independently.

Ability to multi-task and exercise judgment in setting priorities.

Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills.

Experience writing and understanding software engineering technical documents (FSD, SSD).

Some Mobile application development experience, preferred.

Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements.

Testing and deploying programs and applications.

Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software.

Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance.

Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products.

Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects.

Microsoft certification, cloud certification and any CMS experience are preferred.

Physical Activities/Requirements:

This position is based out of the Dublin HQ office.

Target Base Pay:$115,763.35 - $123,736 / per year
