Onsite – Hybrid (Mt. Laurel, New Jersey or Charlotte, North Carolina)Building a World-Class, Diverse and Inclusive Technology Team at TD. This role will work as part of the Technology Operational Resilience (TOR) team within Enterprise Protect. The function of TOR is to ensure TD is ready and able to effectively prepare, prevent, respond, and recover from any issues that would impede TD’s ability to deliver services to its employees and customers.Job Description:Manage, oversee, and support the successful implementation of governance and control accountabilities in support of the Enterprise Risk Framework, Operational Risk Management Framework, and specifically all applicable requirements within the Enterprise Business Continuity and Crisis Management policy and standards.Build a collaborative culture of risk awareness and ownership, while managing and applying a consistent approach to business continuity and resiliency risk management, including strong awareness of the 1B Standards and other business continuity related issues or standards e.g. Operational Resilience Standard.Manage the quality and timely delivery of P&T applicable risk and control program activities such as business continuity planning and preparedness, business impact analysis, exercises and overall exercise strategy, and testing.Support the P&T Incident Management Protocol and operationalize standard requirements documentation.Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the P&T mandate and with an emphasis on the interplay between various capabilities as well as their enterprise-wide impact. Work with partners across P&T and TD as required.Collaborate with specialized areas risk and control assessments and prepare high quality 1B risk assessment or profile reporting for senior executives and Risk Committees as required.Participates on complex, comprehensive or large projects and initiatives.Acts as a lead expert resource in technology controls / information security for project teams, the business / organization and/or outside vendors.Has advanced knowledge of organization, technology controls / security/ risk issues.Job Requirements:7+ years in technology risk management, technology cyber assessment, and/or technology systems management.Strong experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management.Deep understanding of how to perform holistic assessments along with experience in operational resilience concepts, approaches and tactics.Previous Risk and Governance experience is preferred.Very strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.Strong facilitation capabilities.Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.Ability to challenge in a productive manner.Knowledge of banking industry and the regulatory environment.Proven ability to breakdown problems and opportunities into logical parts and develop plans to address those.Qualified Candidates should send their resume to Techires@rovust.com
