DevSecOps Engineer
to support our customers and join our passionate team of high-impact problem solvers.About the role:As a
DevSecOps Engineer , you are responsible for actively developing and implementing end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles, ensuring processes are both secure and efficient. Collaborate with clients, designing and implementing Kubernetes or Docker solutions. Take part in building CI/CD pipelines, ensuring a smooth software update process. Furthermore, actively participate in the application of GitOps principles for software delivery. Additionally, ensure that development and software continuous delivery and integrations use security best practices throughout the process. Ensure capabilities deployed meet security requirements and tests. Work with cloud deployment activities to ensure configurations meet STIG or DOD required security standards.What we are looking for:Three plus years of relevant hands-on experienceDevelop and implement end-to-end cluster and application lifecyclesExperience with AWS and cloud technologiesGood grasp of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps methodologiesNetworking experienceExperience or knowledge of Service-Mesh, such as IstioGood knowledge of version control systems like GitlabExperience in software systems development using CI/CD pipelinesStrong problem-solving skillsFamiliar with Java, Node.js, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, PythonPassionate about automation, system efficiency, and securityExperience with Log Management and Analytics toolsProficient in tools like AWS Cloud Services, Gitlab, Ansible, Maven, GradleExperience with Unit/Integration TestingFamiliarity with Infrastructure as CodeAble to obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days of employment with RaftBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related fieldHighly preferred:Experience with writing custom Helm ChartsBasic experience with Big DataMultilingual programming abilitiesKnowledge in automation languages like Python or GoLangClearance Requirements:Active Secret security clearanceWork Type:May require up to 10% travelSalary Range:$90,000 - $170,000The determination of compensation is predicated upon a candidate's comprehensive experience, demonstrated skill, and proven abilitiesFully covered healthcare, dental, and vision coverage401(k) and company matchTake as you need PTO + 11 paid holidaysMonthly box of yummy snacks to eat while doing meaningful workRemote, hybrid, and flexible work optionsAnd More!We’re an equal opportunity employer.
