Guidehouse is looking for a Program Lead/Solution Architect\ for one of our larger federal engagements. Our team of consultants and engineers support several workstreams and we need a solutions leader who can understand the current systems and data, the customer’s current and desired workflows and provide a vision to our technical teams. The identified individual requires a broad range of technical knowledge, with strong data analytics experience, and will be expected to both speak strategically with the client, but also dive into technical and business areas to flush out the feasibility of solutions.Key responsibilities include:The overall success of the program, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of the our provided solutions/servicesFacilitating with both business and technical teamsGathering business requirements, and assessing technical approachesReviewing solutions and roadmaps provided by the teamDeep diving with the customer to understand how the solution will be usedBriefing leadership and technical resourcesCreating documentation as requiredEstablish communications and deployment plansWhat You Will Need :Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearanceBachelor's Degree - OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelors degreeEIGHT (8) or more years’ experience designing/managing enterprise systems or FIVE (5) or more years of project management experience and FIVE (5) years managing large federal cybersecurity programs
What Would Be Nice To Have :An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearanceExperience supporting federal enterprise systems including governance, cybersecurity, development, and operationsTrack recording of successfully defining and delivering solutions to customersExperience running agile projectsProject Management Professional Certification (PMP)Technical certifications (MCSE, AWS, Azure, CISSP, etc)Data Analytics background, data warehousing, AI, data quality of enterprise systems, etc.
