Here, you will grow your career and help create access to fair, affordable housing finance.As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with the team in designing, producing, testing, or implementing moderately complex software, technology, or processes, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Corporate Functions Technology - Software Engineering - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Design products, develop product roadmaps, translate design requirements, and prototype.Use software and computer systems' architectural principles to integrate enterprise computer applications such as Oracle Cloud HCM, AWS Application Integration, and Workday HCM Cloud.Provide documentation and database reporting for the purposes of analysis, data discovery, and decision-making with the use of relevant software such as Oracle BI Publisher reports, OTBI reporting, Excel, and Tableau.Build ETL pipelines to clean and transform transactional data using Python, Alteryx workflows, SQL, and UNIX shell scripting to ensure effective real-time reporting capabilities.Streamline data delivery and operational data governance using Oracle Cloud supported integration patterns including HCM Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher reports, REST API and SOAP web service protocols to ensure compliance with Fannie Mae's data management standards.Mentor less experienced team members.This is a hybrid (work in office and at home) position.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMaster’s in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems plus three years of experience in software development using Python, Alteryx, SQL, OTBI reporting, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, SOAP, REST API services, Workday HCM Modules, Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Report Writer, AWS Application Integration, Tableau, Excel, and JIRA.
