Here, you will grow your career and help create access to fair, affordable housing finance.As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a team lead in designing, producing, testing, or implementing software, technology, or processes, as well as leading processes for creating and maintaining IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe SF Technology - Software Engineering - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Technology Software EngineerDesign, produce, test, or implement moderately complex software, technology, or processes. Create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.Independently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks. Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.Maintain/oversee the maintenance of existing software.REQUIREMENTS:As a condition of employment with Fannie Mae, any successful job applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and to successfully complete a background investigation, which may also include a credit check for positions in some areas of our business.The future is what you make it to be.
