They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and skills.WHAT YOU BRING:A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree (BA/BS) is preferred.A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing Systems Administration is required.Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) at an intermediate level is required; advanced proficiency is preferred.Strong knowledge and experience with NewStar and BuildPro are required.Able to collaborate well with a team, take direction from supervisors, stay detail-oriented, follow guidelines, and stick to schedules.Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize performance measures and drive cost savings.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.Ability to organize, schedule, and prioritize departmental and individual work to meet objectives and deadlines; prioritize on short notice.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:General sedentary work requiring the use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, printers, scanners, and telephones.Position requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, grasping, writing, typing, repetitive motions, hearing ability, visual acuity, and climbing stairs on occasion.May occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace Employer.
