The ideal candidate is a tenured program or business operations manager excited about innovations in technology, and has experience working with highly technical teams. You must have a long track record of successfully launching programs, preferably within a highly diverse environment with a broad technology set.

As a tenured Program Manager, you have a track record of diving deep into program details, understanding technology capabilities and limitations, and can make high judgement decisions about how to handle stakeholder requests. You exhibit high proficiency and efficacy in core program management skills such as managing granular details of a complex launch, negotiating across diverse teams of varying disciplines, and implementing mechanisms to scale repeatable processes. You have a track record of working with highly technical colleagues and teams. You have strong verbal communication skills, and can independently produce highly polished documents. You enjoy mentoring junior team members, and sharing your expertise with fellow colleagues.

Key job responsibilities

Gather knowledge and coordinate execution across multiple global partner teams with exceptional organizationIdentify and produce appropriate business metrics, and continually assess them to improve over timeDrive leadership to make hard risks tradeoff decisions using anecdote and data to inform those decisionsConcise representation of our organization to business leaders and technical staff at all levels of the companyPrepare and present detailed, written technical information for internal and external audiencesDemonstrate exceptional judgment, integrity, business acumen, and communication skillsNegotiate and coordinate with cross-functional organizationsPassion for implementing mechanisms that drive clarity and specificity across multiple organizations

7+ years of technical product or program management experience10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experienceExperience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedulesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
