Position Title:

Project Manager II – Electrical or Mechanical Engineer (Rome Mill)

Pay Rate:

$91,500 - $122,000

Multiple factors, including individual experience, skills, and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range. Variable pay may provide additional opportunities for financial awards. This job is eligible to participate in IP’s short-term incentive plan.

The Job You Will Perform:

The role reports to the Capital Engineering Manager. The Project Manager II coordinates all phases of the project, from business justification (FEL1) to start-up, including preliminary design studies, selection of equipment or vendors, and development and implementation of recommendations. The Project Manager is responsible for the budget, schedule, and performance of all assigned capital projects. Assure engagement and alignment from required project constituents and team members for all projects. The position is also responsible for the development of less experienced team members.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications include:

Experience:

5+ years industrial work experience in project management.

Portfolio management capability of > $5 MM per year and/or > 15 active projects per year.

Proficient in safety and LIFE program requirements for capital projects, process and regulatory knowledge, cost control, portfolio management, strategic planning, engineering management, and construction management.

Good command of the English language.

Education:

BS Degree in Engineering
