The Senior Project Developer will be responsible for:

Collaborating in the management and execution of the development of utility scale renewable energy projects from greenfield to COD.

Collaborating with engineering team and external consultants to evaluate site layouts and constraints, technology options, schedule implications, interconnection applications and studies.

Directing and conducting due diligence on development-stage project and portfolio acquisitions, including comparison and prioritisation of multiple opportunities based on common siting, permitting, interconnection, power-marketing and other project metrics.

Managing external stakeholders supporting environmental assessment campaigns.

Managing external stakeholders supporting property and sales tax abatement efforts.

Managing occasional permitting activities with support from other team members.

Preparing project budgets, schedules, and RFP responses.

The Senior Project Developer will have:

2-7 years of experience in the renewable energy industry with full life-cycle development.

Experience with the development of utility scale wind projects in ERCOT, WECC, and/or CAISO.

Experience with land development: landowner engagement, negotiation/contracting, title resolution, and agricultural land use/water restrictions.

Knowledge of governmental mandates, environmental regulations, or customer/market signals that impact or facilitate new development of renewable projects.

A Bachelor's degree is required.

The Senior Project Developer will be eligible for:

$130,000 - $160,000 base salary.
