Zero Trust Cybersecurity Strategic Lead
Key Role:Join a dynamic team of cybersecurity and IT professionals implementing a first-of-its-kind Zero Trust solution within the DoD. Apply program management techniques to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of Zero Trust products and ensure their compliance with all contract requirements. Lead teams of engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and help desk analysts in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Zero Trust solution. Act as a liaison between the client organization and the firm to identify and manage reach-back support for new technical requirements and subject matter expertise, as needed. Work with the client to shape activities under contract in concert with the statement of work, organizational strategic plans, and its associated goals and objectives. Work with internal corporate resources to facilitate contracting actions and work closely with the client to ensure projects meet delivery, quality, and schedule goals supporting organization-wide technical programs and strategic initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and identify change management issues or requirements related to strategic implementation.Basic Qualifications:Experience interfacing with senior leaders and communicating complex cybersecurity conceptsExperience with Cybersecurity, risk management, or risk assessmentExperience with secret classified networksExperience in Project Management and leading teamsKnowledge of security, routing, and switching protocolsKnowledge of common information security management frameworksSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with Office 365 applications and Teams collaborationExperience with visualization platforms, including Tableau, Qlik, and Power BIExperience with project artifacts and documentation, including project plans, milestone charts, or project roadmapsKnowledge of networking protocolsAbility to manage schedules and tasks for implementations, deployments, and operationsAbility to understand how various systems interact with each otherClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.Compensation:At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
