IT Project Manager

is an integral member of the Information Technology Development Team. The Project Manager is responsible for the management of all IT projects from start to finish. They will develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, forecast workload and capacity, and allocate resources. We are in the middle of a SAP implementation and the PM will be accountable to manage the SAP Project through Deployment/Hypercare.Primary ResponsibilitiesPlanning, scope management, financial management and execution for IT projects in support of business objectives.Identify project milestones and drive progress.Lead and manage project scope and objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.Manage project performance using standard project management tools, procedures, and adhering to Stand Out For Good, Inc. standards.Identify and address resource needs, such as personnel, IT, systems, and onboarding materials.Lead and guide project team members, and facilitate meetings and workshops.Work effectively with vendors to create a shared plan and deliver to that plan.Identify and manage issues, risks, and develop mitigation plans.Identify and clear roadblocks in projects and development sprints in a timely manner.Apply critical thinking to manage project dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.Consistently provide project status to all levels of the organization.Partner with internal product owners to deliver business requirements from the prioritized development backlog.Facilitate onboarding of projects to ensure effective support once fully deployed.Effectively and proactively communicate to all team members, stakeholders and leadership the project status, risks, mitigation plans, progress to stakeholders and ensure stakeholder alignment.QualificationsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders, and build consensus around projects.Outstanding organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to negotiate with internal customers and external service providers.Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to effectively articulate ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.Comfortable with ambiguity; can handle the unexpected with flexibility.A servant leader who favors collaborative approaches when working with internal and external partners.Proven ability to build trust with others through a commitment to the highest ethical and professional standards.Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks, including Scrum.Displays professionalism and good judgment.Experience project managing full cycle SAP Projects with 3 or more years of SAP Project Management experience.Strong experience with S4 HANA.Preferred experience in the SAP Domain with hands-on functional experience.Maintaining annual PMP certification and staying current with PMP trends.Stand Out For Good, Inc.
