This role focuses on integrating user experience support with Agile methodologies to enhance the creation and improvement of HaC products. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile practices and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.Key Responsibilities:User Experience Support:Conduct user research to gather requirements, preferences, and feedback on HaC products.Facilitate user interviews, focus groups, and surveys to collect user insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to define user personas and user journey maps.Assist in creating and maintaining user stories and acceptance criteria.Conduct usability testing to evaluate product effectiveness and efficiency.Provide recommendations for enhancing user experience based on feedback and data analysis.Ensure user-centered design principles are applied throughout the product development lifecycle.Support the implementation of user feedback into iterative product improvements.Follow design best practices and accessibility standards, including using the U.S. Web Design System and product design style guides.Agile Tasks:

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize product backlogs.Assist in the estimation and breakdown of user stories into actionable tasks.Contribute to the development of Minimum Viable Products and incremental feature releases.Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of product increments.Monitor and track project progress using Agile project management tools.Identify and address project risks and impediments impacting product development timelines.Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes based on retrospectives and lessons learned.Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project management or a related role.Active Agile or Scrum Certification.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies.Experience with user research, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.Familiarity with Agile project management tools.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.Additional Requirements:

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks.
