This senior role will leverage advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and user experience principles to drive the development and improvement of HaC products. The successful candidate will take a strategic approach to integrating user feedback and managing Agile processes, ensuring high-quality product delivery.Key Responsibilities:User Experience Support:Lead comprehensive user research to gather detailed requirements, preferences, and feedback on HaC products.Facilitate and guide user interviews, focus groups, and surveys to extract valuable user insights.Collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed user personas and user journey maps.Oversee the creation and maintenance of user stories and acceptance criteria.Conduct and analyze usability testing to assess and enhance product effectiveness.Provide strategic recommendations for improving user experience based on in-depth data analysis.Ensure consistent application of user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.Guide the implementation of user feedback into iterative product improvements.Apply design best practices and accessibility standards, including utilizing the U.S. Web Design System and product design style guides.Agile Tasks:
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to strategically define and prioritize product backlogs.Manage the estimation and breakdown of user stories into actionable tasks.Direct the development of Minimum Viable Products and incremental feature releases.Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product increments.Utilize Agile project management tools to monitor and track project progress.Identify, address, and mitigate project risks and impediments impacting timelines.Drive continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices based on retrospectives and lessons learned.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Design, or Computer Science; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or a related role, with a proven track record in product development.Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.Active Agile Certification.Extensive experience with user research, usability testing, and applying user-centered design principles.Expertise in using Agile project management tools.Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Additional Requirements:
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
