Overview:

The Senior Internet/Intranet Webmaster is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the organization’s websites. This role involves collaborating with content contributors, managing user interactions, and ensuring the websites are up-to-date and functioning efficiently.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience designing websites.

Experience in generating and revising web pages.

Experience working with content contributors.

Experience replying to user comments and managing user interactions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the organization's internet and intranet websites.

Collaborate with content contributors to ensure relevant and accurate content is published.

Generate and revise web pages, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.

Respond to user comments and feedback, providing timely and helpful responses.

Ensure website functionality, usability, and performance.

Implement website updates and enhancements as needed.

Monitor website traffic and analyze user behavior to improve user experience.

Ensure websites comply with relevant standards and regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.

Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Skills and Abilities:

Proficiency in web design and development tools.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

Certifications:

Relevant web design or development certifications are a plus but not required.
