Digital Platform Coordinator

Duties:Under the supervision of the Vice President, Marketing & Engagement, support the overall objectives of Joni and Friends’ Marketing department. Perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:Donation Pages
Create and update donation pages as required for ministry initiatives and campaignsTrack donations and improve donor experienceImplement source codes to track donations attributed to a specific purpose or eventCollaborate with Global Operations, Development, and Accounting to ensure accurate fund codes are attached to event and donation forms
Event Registration and Fundraising Pages
Coordinate content for online event pages, autoresponders, peer-to-peer fundraising, and registrations utilizing Classy, Asana, and WordPressAlign best practices for event pages and layout to enhance user experienceProvide reports on registration activity, and post-event summariesResolve support tickets related to eventsProvide troubleshooting solutions for digital platforms
Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor to support department and organizational needsQualifications:Must possess a vibrant personal relationship with Jesus Christ and agree with the Joni and Friends statement of faithDesire to serve in a growing and dynamic Christian service ministryProficient in Classy, or experience in similar nonprofit fundraising platforms, such as Blackbaud or VirtuousProficiency in Salesforce CRM, WordPress, and AsanaStrong customer service skills with an understanding of prioritizing user needs2 years of experience online forms and surveys and web analyticsBachelor’s Degree is preferredGood interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize a wide range of daily tasks with varied deadlines are necessaryMust be detail oriented, committed to accuracy, and a team player who is flexible and able to work independentlyMust have a strong sense of confidentialityStrong general computer skills are necessary along with a competent, working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and the InternetUnderstanding of Christian ministry and specifically Joni and Friends is desirableCompensation for this position is $23.00-$25.00 per hour. This is a temporary position, working 40 hours per week. This is a hybrid position, working in the Agoura Hills office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday and remote Wednesday and Friday.
