The successful candidate will be a customer-focused, technically proficient professional, able to manage day-to-day operations while providing top-tier tech support to end users across the organization.If you are looking for a career where your passion, technical talent, and commitment to excellence are valued and thrive in an environment that embraces creativity, service excellence, and community values, La Terra Fina could be the perfect fit.IT Infrastructure ManagerNetwork Infrastructure & System Management:Design, implement, maintain, and support the organization’s growing network infrastructure.Manage infrastructure installations, configuration, testing, and regular maintenance, ensuring system availability and reliability.Optimize network performance and system utilization. Achieve 99.9% network uptime and optimize system utilization.Complete the assigned Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation project tasks, meeting all key milestones and deliverables.Meet or exceed helpdesk response and resolution time targets.System Performance & Security:Oversee network maintenance, system upgrades, and security configurations to mitigate risks.Implement robust backup, security, and redundancy strategies.Manage maintenance schedules and communicate planned outages.Operational Efficiency:Install and maintain operating systems and application software.Lead the integration of plant equipment into the IT network to enhance performance.Perform cost-benefit analyses and manage disaster recovery operations and data security.IT Operations Team Management and Leadership:Oversee external MSP/internal helpdesk teams, efficiently resolving desktop and IT infrastructure issues.Provide second and third-level helpdesk support and ensure timely resolution of tickets.Manage IT inventory, including purchasing and maintenance.Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation and knowledge bases.Train the team on data security practices and system troubleshooting to ensure consistent support.RequirementsRequired Knowledge & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of five years of experience in network administration, system management, and cloud services (Windows, Macs, Windows Servers, VMware, networking).Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud administration (ERP, SCM) is a plus.At least one technical certification (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA, CISSP, CISA, Security+, Network+).Strong understanding of network infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills.Experience with O365 administration and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies.Experience with Oracle Fusion Infrastructure Management & Support would be a plus.Salary: $110,000 to $130,000Physical RequirementsFrequently requires a long period of sitting to perform essential job duties.Must be able to bend, stoop, pull, and lift up to 10 lbs.Close visual acuity to view a computer terminal, analyze reports, manage data, and detail.This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties or tasks but to provide a guideline of fundamental responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
