IT Field Technician

IT Field Technician is crucial to the maintenance and development of cybersecurity, compliance, and legal directives of the company. This role will be assigned specific IT projects by the IT Director spanning all locations and reporting project progress and completion directly to executives within the company. IT Field Technician will also be responsible for performing in-house and remote troubleshooting and deploying as a field resource.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
2 - 4 years of experience as a Helpdesk TechnicianBachelor’s DegreeCertified in at least 1 of the following: CompTIA A+, Net+, Sec+, Routing and Switching, CCNAExcellent verbal and written communicationExperience managing projects and deploying, managing, and maintaining complex network systems, hardware, and softwareExperience working independently in a high-profile, high-pressure environment.Experience being the "go-to" person for all technical issues30 – 50% travel is required (Beverly Hills, Westlake Village, San Diego)California Driver’s License and be insurableDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
