Reporting to the Sr Director, IT Infrastructure, you will lead and execute strategy for the Microsoft Technology stack at Pentair. This is an excellent opportunity for a multifaceted leader who thrives on collaborating with other departments and leaders across the organization, with a solid track record of hands-on experience with the Microsoft platform and other key IT infrastructure.This is a permanent, direct-hire position. You will work a hybrid work schedule with 3 days/week on-site in Golden Valley, MN.You will:Manage the Microsoft Platforms of 365, SharePoint, and Power Apps.Provide leadership to a team of Microsoft professionals and manage the day-to-day workload of the team.Ensure and monitor processes are in place to proactively protect consistent service quality through acceptable change control and service procedures in line with agreed upon process and standards.Define and drive the technical infrastructure strategy and roadmaps, including short- and long-term outcomes.Negotiate and monitor service level agreements with service providers, internal and external customers while monitoring service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met.Lead troubleshooting sessions related to connectivity, performance, outages, etc.Key Qualifications:Have earned a bachelor’s (B.A. or B.S.) degree.Have 10+ years of relevant experience with at least 5+ years of IT leadership experience, including an ability to drive & define complex IT strategy.Strong M365 Platform background required.Familiarity with the Power Platform technologies within the Microsoft environment including Power Automate and Dataverse.Functional SharePoint knowledge and ability to develop strategies and roadmaps.Experience with supporting Azure infrastructure and related technologies a plus.Customer-focused mentality and ability to effectively present complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:With our expanding global presence, cross-cultural insight and competence are essential for our ongoing success.
