ESG Program Manager, AWS Sustainability

The role of ESG program manager will be to support the AWS ESG team to ensure we can meet ESG reporting regulations.

Key job responsibilities

Create operational metrics, track and manage delivery timelines, and communicate program status to internal stakeholdersDevelop, build and maintain positive relationships with internal partner teamsSupport supplier engagements to progress transparency and performance objectivesEngage cross-functionally to support team goals in a scalable wayWork autonomously in an ambiguous environment, seeking to understand business problems, scaling opportunities and business partner decisions

Minimum Requirements

3+ years of program or project management experience3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metricsExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements3+ years of experience in sustainability, ESG or supply chain procurement3+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience building processes, project management, and schedulesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
