Leveraging your extensive 8+ years of expertise in testing Wireless Communications and Networking products, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our systems.This position will report to the Director – Quality Assurance and work closely with Software, Hardware and Platform Engineering teams. This position is based in our Arlington, TX office.What will you do

5G Core Network Testing Strategy:

Develop a comprehensive strategy for testing 5G Core Network and its sub-systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all software and hardware components.

Test Case Design and Execution:

Create detailed test cases covering features, functions, performance, scalability, stability, and security.Execute both automated and manual test cases, documenting results and recommending corrective actions.

Tool Evaluation and Recommendation:

Investigate and recommend new tools for development of the product.Focus on test architecture infrastructure, design, and methodologies.

Mentoring and Support:

Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices.Reproduce customer-reported issues and validate fixes.

What you will bring to the role

8+ years of experience in testing 5G Core and EPC products ( required ).Must

be able to demonstrate deep understanding of 5G Core Network functions and signaling flow in 5G networks (UE to Core Network – Access Stratum and Non-Access Stratum).Strong expertise in TCP/IP network fundamentals (L2 and L3 protocols).Hands-on experience with KVM (or equivalent), Kubernetes, AWS (or equivalent) and Linux.Proficiency in

at least one

scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash) –

a must

.Familiarity with industry standard UE, gNodeB simulator from Keysight/Viavi or equivalent.Strong experience in Requirements Analysis, Test Planning & Strategy, Test Case Design, Test Execution and Management, Defect Management.Hands-on experience in Test Case execution, analyzing logs/traces/Wireshark, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in designing, implementing, and operating test harnesses.Experience with various tools and applications: Confluence, Bug Tracking (Jira), Version control (GIT), and Continuous Integration (Jenkins).Past experience with OEM vendor is a plus.This is a full time, exempt position, based out of our Arlington office. The target base pay for this position is $120,000 - $200,000 annually. The total compensation package will be determined by various factors such as your relevant job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used—so we’re looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience on LEO satellite component development, design and in-orbit activities.
