with experience in a diverse set of languages and software applications to join our exciting team located on site in Dahlgren, VA.This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in design, development, and implementation of computational models to address specific challenges, utilizing their expertise in computer science. The ideal candidate has a passion for leveraging their computer science and modeling skills to drive innovation. The candidate should have experience with developing and implementing advanced computational models to solve complex problems and optimize processes. Travel: less than 10%.Required ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Modeling, or other related field5-10 years relative work experienceProven experience in developing and implementing computational modelsStrong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++Proficiency in data analysis and machine learning techniquesExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesEffective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environmentActive Top Secret/SCIDesired ExperienceCollaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance existing algorithms and develop new ones, ensuring optimal performance and accuracyExperience with the Department of Defense/Department of the NavyPublications or contributions to the field of computer science or modelingVES provides our government and commercial clients with a range of professional and innovation services including technology innovation acceleration, business consulting services, professional engineering and program oversight, and program and budget support.
