We're always looking for talented, energetic and dedicated people to join our team.Job Overview:Within Network Performance, reporting directly to the Manager of Network Performance, the Dealer Performance Senior Analyst will be responsible for delivering all required reporting for Dealer Performance Review (DPR) and technical support for the Best of the Best (BotB) Program. This position is responsible for ensuring that all dealers in the bottom percentile are properly notified and tracked for improved performance. Provide direct and indirect analysis within all Dealer Performance Groups (DPGs) Air, Land, Sea by monitoring and reporting on key metrics defined to diagnose the health of the dealer network and top partners. This position will work directly with the Data/IT teams to ensure that all DPR reporting is accurate and on time, while having a good understanding of the technical process of the program execution. This position will also collaborate with all Dealer Performance Groups (Air, Land, Sea) to deliver reporting, mostly through PowerBI dashboards (when applicable) as well as ad-hoc reports. Identifying opportunities for efficient and performance driving reporting, dashboards, and KPIs is essential. The ideal candidate will exhibit a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical skills that allow for turning data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making and performance.Responsibilities:Ensure DPR reports are current, accurate, and relevant.Track all required communications with dealers regarding bottom percentile reporting and requirements.Track and report for dealer qualification for BotB and other programs that rely on DPR rankings.Identify performance trends and opportunities to improve the health of the dealer network.Develop and deploy standardized reports and dashboards to establish baseline reporting for steering business objectives and diagnosis of network health.Maintain & improve Dealer Profile process for dealer profiles that can be utilized by EM and Sr. Management.Analyze and report on key metrics that are defined or are potential for future key metrics for top dealer performance.Support Senior Manager and Manager of Network Performance in tracking and presenting performance KPIs, trends, and opportunities.Serve as analytical subject matter on Dealer Performance Review & Best-of-the-Best metrics.Maintain frequent alignment and engagement with the DPG analysts (Air, Land, Sea) to review current network performance at the dealer and partner level.In collaboration with various data teams, identify the need for ad-hoc reporting and creation of ad-hoc reports for the management team.Qualifications/Education:Experience in a prior analyst position.Familiar with building PowerBI reports.Experience with Power Automate preferred.Ability to maintain independent thought within a collaborative team environment.Strong planning and organization skills; able to break down complexity into digestible and communicable parts.Strong communication and presentation preparation skills.Strong analytical and numerical skills as well as an eye for details; market/automotive industry knowledge and experience in the US market preferred.Bachelor’s degree - Project Management, Data Science/Management/Finance/Economics or Business Information Technology desired.Additional Information:Position resides in Atlanta, GA, and requires in-office attendance in line with the team’s/company cadence.Years of Experience:Minimum 2 years.Of that, minimum 1 year in a Mercedes retail market or equivalent.Of that, minimum 1 year in a functionally similar role.EEO Statement:Mercedes-Benz USA is committed to fostering an inclusive environment that appreciates and leverages the diversity of our team.
