ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:This role is focused on development and test of wireless solutions, from initial system architecture through deployment. The RF/Wireless Engineer will partner with industry-leading solution providers to develop and field integrated communication transports.PRIMARY DUTIES:Work across cross-functional engineering teams in-house and with strategic partners to build best-of-breed communication solutions.Architect next-gen data solutions, including bridging of data transports.Act as a leader in day-to-day engineering and development to build complete solutions.SKILLS REQUIRED:Demonstrated experience with RF/Wireless system design.Familiarity with market offerings for transport.Experience with managing security vulnerabilities in information systems and wireless networks.Strong technical leadership skills and ability to work across functions to build, document, and test new capabilities.Active security clearance is preferred.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.7+ years of experience with RF/Wireless system development.NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:The role is ONSITE working in the office with MERIT based remote work AFTER the initial period of 30+ days.Demonstrated experience with RF/Wireless system design (DESIGN, DESIGN, DESIGN).Technical leadership skills and ability to work across functions to build, document, and test new capabilities.5 years of experience with RF/Wireless system development (The job states 7+ years, therefore, the candidates MUST have 5 years at a minimum).YOU WILL ENJOY:An opportunity to be a part of a great culture, an awesome team, a challenging work environment, and some fun along the way!Apply today to learn more and be part of our Growth story.All applications will be kept strictly confidential and once shortlisted, our team will be in touch with you for further discussions.Department: ScoutThis is a full time position.
