Purpose of Job:

Design, development, enhancement, testing, implementation, and support of custom development solutions that include applications, interfaces, extensions, and database objects. Provide technical leadership on assigned projects. Learn new technologies in support of Information Technology initiatives. Provide production support and problem analysis as needed. Provide mentoring/training to IT team members.

Job Duties:

Microsoft:

Design, develop, enhance, test, and implement applications and integrated solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Collaborate with business analysts and IT team members to ensure business requirements and application development goals are achieved.

Provide application support/problem analysis as needed.

Learn and maintain proficiency in technical skills (Microsoft, AI, automation, and other emerging technologies).

Provide technical leadership and mentoring/training to IT team members.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

Microsoft:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.

Five (5) years of in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL for database management, querying, and administration, including proficiency in using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) for managing database servers.

Three (3) years of expertise in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for data integration and workflow applications.

Three (3) years of extensive experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for version control and collaboration.

Two (2) years of experience proficient in Microsoft .Net C# programming language and advanced skills in Microsoft Visual Studio for supporting computer programs, web apps, services.

One (1) year of experience with Microsoft Power Apps for building custom apps quickly without extensive coding.

One (1) year of experience with Microsoft Power Automate or other robotic process automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks by automating business processes across applications and services.

Experience working with SAP Integration Suite (SAP-IS) or other middleware/integration tools for end-to-end process integration across cloud-based and on-premise applications strongly preferred. Experience working with Agile methodologies preferred.

Knowledge of AI concepts preferred.

Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Proficient in both oral and written communication, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, mentor junior developers, and drive project success.

Strong desire and aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Ability to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work flexible schedules as required to meet project deadlines.

Proficiency in communicating in public settings to both technical and business audiences.

Capability to formulate complex queries and manage large data sets efficiently.

Ability to work well in collaborative environments, contributing to team success and fostering a positive work culture.

Ability to stay updated with evolving technologies and methodologies and apply them effectively in projects.
