MUST HAVE:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field5+ years of minimum experience as a Systems Analyst with experience in:Requirement gathering and systems analysisDeveloping and managing technical documentation including business rules/logic and database actionsMaintaining existing computing applicationsApplication testingAdvanced troubleshooting and resolutionMonitoring service desk queues and ticketing systemsExperience with Windows including winforms, webforms, MVC, ASP, batch console, WCF, and Class LibraryDatabase tools experience with SQL Developer, SSMS-SQL Server Management Studio, and z/OS SPUFIAbility to analyze processes and workflows to design efficient information solutions, prepare complex computer program specifications and test plans, translate high-level business requirements into detailed business requirements and/or functional specificationsExperience with programming languages SQL, COBOL, JCL, DOS scripting, and FocusDatabase platform experience with DB2, Oracle, and SQL ServerStrong working knowledge with Microsoft OfficeExperience with Active Directory securityWorking knowledge of CitrixExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNICE TO HAVE:Knowledge and ability to put ideologies, techniques, and tools for quality assurance and control into practiceQualifications
