Position Title : Communications Lead for Citi Treasury & Trade Solutions, Senior Vice PresidentAbout Citi’s Public Affairs TeamEnterprise Services and Public Affairs seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues. The Global Communications team covers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from executive communications and public engagements to quarterly earnings and corporate reputation programs. The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where team members serve as company spokespeople to media, drive engagement with colleagues, and develop external and internal digital communications for a global workforce of more than 200,000 colleagues.About the Role:The Communications Lead for Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions is a key member of the Services communications team within ESPA. You will work with senior leadership and partners throughout Citi’s Services business and ESPA to drive increased awareness for Citi’s TTS solutions, platforms, and views both externally and within Citi. This role reports to the Global Head of Citi Services Communications.Responsibilities:Work with the Global Head of Liquidity Management, Head of Digital Assets, and Head of Digital and Data Platforms to create a comprehensive communications strategy for both internal and external audiences.Partner closely with communications leadership and teams to inform and advise on ongoing communications work and areas of opportunity.Maintain, strengthen, and build relationships with business, finance, tech, trade, and other niche sector reporters.Partner with the Services leadership team on social media strategy and execution.Work collaboratively within the firm and with key external partners.Develop and maintain a robust understanding of global competitors and the industry.Provide support on issues management to protect Citi’s brand reputation.Utilize data and analytics tools to generate insights and showcase business impact.Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in communications.At least 10 years of increased responsibility, preferably within a large and complex organization.Knowledge of financial markets.Strong relationships with broadcast and print media.Exceptional writing skills.Skilled in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment with sensitive information.Takes initiative, anticipates next steps, and sets high standards in all he/she does.Strong relationship management skills and experience working with stakeholders cross-functionally and globally.Creative, thoughtful approach to work and regularly brings forward new ideas.Persuasive when presenting to larger groups or in regular meetings, both internally and externally.Integrity, maturity, dependability, and a positive professional attitude.Job Family Group:
