to join its team of qualified, diverse professionals in support of the Sentinel (GBSD) program. This leadership role is located in
Roy, Utah . Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.What you will get to do:Lead a team of logistics & goods movement SMEs through planning, CDRL development, requirements mapping and integration of the logistics & goods movement requirements across the Sentinel program and Segments/product teams.Provide horizontal integration across the Division Logistics & Goods Movement team and Program teams.Build and lead a team of logistics & goods movement SMEs and provide strategic guidance through the planning and execution efforts, in support of the Sentinel EMD contract, including technical and administrative leadership and guidance.Lead the team in the development and delivery of CDRLs pertaining to packaging, handling, shipping & transportation (PHS&T).Responsible for the review and feedback to supplier SDRL deliveries. Work with Supplier Management Team lead to ensure execution requirements are being met and reviewing SDRLs for completeness.Work with Segment/product teams to define requirements for Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation of all product movements, storage and inventory management across all classification and compliance categories (HAZMAT, NWRM, etc.).Establish and maintain integration of all logistics and transportation statement of work, including product movement, tracking, and visibility with the IMS and execution plans.Act as the logistics & goods movement lead and provide cross functional support such as technical direction and cost and schedule performance.Identify risks and opportunities, and coordinate with Segment/product teams to mitigate and retire risks.Develop and adhere to budget baselines utilizing Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar cost & schedule control methodologies.Maintain open communication with the Division Logistics & Goods Movement organization and other functional organizations, such as Quality, GSC/Procurement, Manufacturing, and Facilities.The candidate will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and have the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with varying levels of Customer, NGC, and Supplier employees and leadership.As a leader, you always act with integrity, and the highest ethical standards characterize everything you do. $129,000 - $193,400The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
