Overview:Interstates is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Client Delivery Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and driving additional business opportunities with clients. Success in this position will depend on your ability to act as a trusted advisor to both current and prospective clients by identifying business needs and offering multidiscipline solutions. Your strategic insights and client-focused approach will be essential in ensuring continued growth and client satisfaction.

Additional Information:The pay range for this position is $103,200-$141,900+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job-related skills, training, education, and experience.

Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Relations
Drive and grow Interstates business as a key client leader. This includes understanding their needs, selling Interstates services, negotiating contract terms, tracking opportunities and activity, and delivering successful projects.
Partner with BD to develop pursuit plans and identify potential key clients for Interstates.
Ensure that Delivery teams are focused on exceeding client expectations and building relationships with our clients.
Work with clients to understand their journey and provide solutions that align with their priorities and business goals.
Be a client sponsor to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relations.
May lead or participate on Client Team(s).
Build key partner relationships with hardware/software vendors, distributors, and project partners.
Innovation and Growth
Set direction for team technical competencies, customers technologies, standards, best practices, and processes.
Support contribution margin targets, revenue factor for technology offers.
Understand industry trends in technology and articulate to clients how these solutions can be applied to their business.
Be seen as an industry thought leader through content creation (online, conferences, etc).
Participate in leadership teams and Interstates strategies.
Culture
Set direction for a culture of accountability and skillfully use measurement tools.
Lead teams, driving a high-performance culture with an emphasis on coaching, employee experiential development, feedback, and communication.
Integration
Responsible for the interface and integration of multiple technology teams to provide solutions for clients. Work well with internal and external stakeholders.
Engage and promote multiple Interstates offers with clients.
Ensure streamlined internal communications across Interstates support to better serve clients and realize potential opportunities.
Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university with an emphasis in Computer Studies or some branch of Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, etc.) or Associate’s degree (A.A., A.S.) from a two-year community college or technical school with an emphasis in Computer Studies or Instrumentation and Controls preferred. In addition, 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in the Industrial Environment, implementing Industrial Control Software (Startup) and experience in dealing with customers regarding system requirements will be favorably regarded.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:The amount of travel will vary according to business requirements. May be up to 35%.
