Position Summary:
We are seeking an Enterprise Data Analyst with five years of experience. Under the general direction of the Delivery Manager within the Enterprise Analytics team, the Senior Enterprise Data Analyst will play a key role in enhancing the corporation’s analytical capabilities across various business functions. This role will work closely with a diverse team comprising data scientists, analytical sponsors, analytics translators, data engineers, and other stakeholders to drive strategic data-driven initiatives enterprise-wide.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following):
Conduct complex data analysis to support the development of actionable insights that enhance business performance across various enterprise functions.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track enterprise-wide performance and identify emerging trends.
Create and manage operational and executive dashboards for various business touchpoints.
Present analytical findings to analytical sponsors and key stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to identify reporting needs, optimization opportunities, and strategic improvements.
Assist analytics teams with creating and reviewing dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
Ensure data integrity across multiple channels and sources.
Apply visualization strategies to derive and communicate business insights effectively.
Perform in-depth quantitative analysis to identify key trends, emerging issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
Utilize advanced statistical and analytical techniques to support senior managers and executives in answering business-critical questions and making informed decisions.
Other related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Five (5) years of experience in operations research, statistical analysis, business analysis, or related fields.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.
Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Operations Research, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Certificate within Statistical Analysis, Business Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Market Research or related areas.
Specific experience related to enterprise-wide data analytics and business intelligence.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and Power BI.
Ability to convey complex information and ideas (oral and written) clearly and concisely to individuals and groups.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced and high-stress environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet objectives and deadlines.
Ability to maintain effective and professional internal and external relationships.
Ability to read, speak, and write in English clearly and concisely, using proper grammar, construction, and spelling.
