As the Lead Pastor of Integrity Church, you’ll oversee preaching, guide the church’s creative and theological direction, develop leaders, shepherd the congregation, and communicate our mission. You’ll work closely with elders and staff, providing biblical counsel and fostering spiritual growth. This is a flexible, collaborative role emphasizing leadership, communication, and community care.Job Description
Status: Full-time, Ministerially Exempt, salariedPrimary Responsibilities & Tasks
Preaching (50%):
Working with fellow elders to decide on books or series to preach throughCreate and write guiding documents for each sermon seriesLeading the creative direction of each seriesPreaching in a way that reflects the theological and methodological direction of the churchCommunicating the Mission (10%):
Finding unique ways to “drip the mission” through sermons and other communication platformsConsistently relating “Integrity plumb lines” to the church’s elders, staff, and other leadersWorking with the creative team to convey our mission clearly and effectivelyLeader Development (10%):
Being a catalyst for the next generation of leadersPreparing potential elders, church planters, and teachersLeading the elders and staff in the direction of the churchKeeping communication lines open between staff and eldersHelping care for the spiritual needs of the churchProviding biblical counseling for the members of the churchTraining members and leaders in biblical counselingShepherding and caring for Integrity’s staffStrengths & Skillset
