HM is looking for at least 2 years of experience in data analytics. Apparel experience is a big value add but not required.
Primary FunctionAnalyze opportunities to consolidate yarns across key high volume materials on an ongoing basis; support PCX updates.General analyst job functions outside of yarn specific work:As our Global Apparel Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in helping development teams be agile, quick, and nimble. You'll collaborate with business partners to improve processes and tools throughout the apparel organization. Furthermore, you will do data extracts, cleansing, analysis and document new and existing tools.You will identify issues and opportunities to improve our internal processes, establish best practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You'll also ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate.Some or all of the following will be relevant for your day to day:Preparation of new reports/data visualization by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Cleansing data and providing data recommendations.Execute existing report portfolio and deliver to the business through various communication portals. Ability to showcase in simple, meaningful, and impactful ways.Maintain Alteryx workflows and applications. Manage Tableau dashboards.Perform user acceptance testing.Knowledge of RPA (robotic process automation).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business related discipline.2 additional years' experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.Team player / Collaborative across diverse stakeholders.Strong information seeking and problem-solving skills.Ability to identify opportunities to improve productivity.Business acumen to learn new business processes and understand operations.Ability to adjust priorities in an ambiguous environment and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Analytical, creative, and innovative approaches to solving problems independently in ambiguous situations with limited direction.Documentation skills.TechnicalKnowledge about Robotic Process Automation (RPA).Data Cleansing.Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, linking, data mining).SmartSheets / Airtable.Data visualization (Tableau).Proficient in SQL.Data mining and analyses (Alteryx).Program analyst mindset.Problem Solver.Production support experience - process flows, time management, communicates effectively, technical documentation and coordination.
