Kforce has a client in Beaverton OR that is looking for a Data Analyst 3.
Summary:
As our Global Apparel Operations Analyst, you will be a key player in helping development teams be agile, quick, and nimble. You'll collaborate with business partners to discover and improve processes and tools throughout the apparel organization. Furthermore, you will do data extracts, cleansing, analysis and document new and existing tools. As a Data Analyst, you will identify issues and opportunities to improve our internal processes, establish best practices, work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive change, and ensure follow through on the execution of plans. You'll also ensure consistency, documentation, and standardization across our landscape when appropriate.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of new reports/data visualization by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationCleansing data and providing data recommendationsExecute existing report portfolio and deliver to the business through various communication portals; Ability to showcase in simple, meaningful, and impactful waysMaintain Alteryx workflows and applicationsManage Tableau dashboardsPerform user acceptance testingREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business-related discipline; 2 additional years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degreeKnowledge of RPA (robotic process automation)Technical knowledgeKnowledge of Robotic Process Automation's (RPA's)Proficient in Excel (formulas, macros, linking, data mining)SmartSheets/Airtable experienceData visualization experience (Tableau)Proficient in SQLProduction support experience - process flows, timeManagement experienceTechnical documentation and coordination experienceData mining and analyses experience (Alteryx)Program analyst mindsetProblem-solverTeam player/collaborative across diverse stakeholdersStrong information seeking and problem-solving skillsAbility to identify opportunities to improve productivityBusiness acumen to learn new business processes and understand operationsAbility to adjust priorities in an ambiguous environment and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical, creative, and innovative approaches to solving problems independently in ambiguous situations with limited directionThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
