We are looking to hire a Senior SharePoint Developer/Architect to support our Enterprise IT Support Services work at the Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC), Redstone Arsenal. AvMC is the Army's focal point for providing research, development and engineering technology and services for aviation and missile platforms across the weapons systems life cycle. AvMC's mission is to "deliver collaborative and innovative aviation and missile capabilities for responsive and cost-effective research, development, and life cycle engineering solutions" to equip the Warfighter with the best technology today and tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
Architect, design, test, and implement multiple on-premises SharePoint solutions
Troubleshoot problems with plugins/workflow and changes introduced with the latest version
Build elegant, scalable, extensible, cost effective solutions with an eye towards innovation and agility
Gather client feedback to provide solutions
Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets
Design, write, unit test, and document application code to successfully deliver project-based work
Lead the analysis, documentation, planning and execution of content migration
Work with customers to design and develop user interfaces; ensure site structure and functionality meets their needs
Create conditional InfoPath Forms by utilizing rules and conditional formatting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Ten (10) years of prior experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Application development using SharePoint 2013, 2016, 2019, SharePoint Online/365 and SharePoint Power Apps
Experience with successful migrations and business intelligence initiatives
Development background with front-end web technologies, including JavaScript frameworks
PowerApps experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
DoD 8570 Level II/III certification desired
US Security Clearance desired
