Job Description

TPI Composites is looking for a Senior Oracle SCM Functional Consultant to support the delivery of our growing portfolio of application systems and to provide expertise in project management, gathering requirements, design, configuration, testing and support of strategic projects, enhancements, integrations, and relevant production support.

The individual should be an exceptional talent with in-depth expertise and will provide expert level guidance to the leadership, functional and technical teams in developing and maintaining a business/IT roadmap that supports the Company's strategic plan and long-term goals through the deployment and enhancement of Oracle EBS business applications while aligning critical business processes to global standards.

Responsibilities

Senior member of a team of global IT analysts, subject matter experts, and technical resources in the design, development, and validation of enterprise application solutions.

Advocate and utilize the application system development lifecycle (SDLC) – including application support, enhancement, and deployment activities.

Proactively analyze business processes; elicit, analyze, and document business requirements; identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and make recommendations typically seeking to exploit and leverage new or existing IT technology components.

Support IT leadership with establishing the Enterprise Solution Roadmaps which includes a focus on business benefits by digitizing key business processes to reduce the functional cost to serve for each organization.

Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how applications can enable new sources of value.

Prioritize work efforts on projects including scheduling, assignment of work, review of project efforts and status. Help develop the project scope, estimate project cost, and efforts needed of customers across the organization.

Participate in the development and adoption of standards, policies, and best practices within ERP and across business lines – including the alignment of global business processes to system standards.

Manage relationships with major vendors and service providers to ensure they cost-effectively meet the needs of the organization.

Champion change and innovation. Stimulate creativity, innovation and open to innovative ideas.

Ensure all required controls are in place and monitor for compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications

In-depth expertise in Oracle SCM and relevant business processes.

Strong project management skills and experience with SDLC.

Ability to analyze and document business requirements effectively.

Experience in developing relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

Strong prioritization and project management skills.

Experience in setting standards and best practices in ERP environments.

Proven ability to manage vendor relationships.

Demonstrated ability to champion change and innovation.

Knowledge of compliance and control monitoring.
