Right of Way Agent
to work on projects in Connecticut. The selected candidate will have the flexibility to work out of their home office in Connecticut and will be expected to travel about 50% of the time throughout the state. At ORC, diversity matters, voices are heard, and leadership shows they care.What you will be doing:As a Right of Way Agent, you will be taking lead on acquiring easements for large electric transmission, distribution and/or pipeline projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. This includes conducting advanced right of way negotiations with high-risk landowners.
