As a participant in the program, you will find the professional experience intense and the personal experience enriching.JOB DESCRIPTION:The Redwoods Analyst Leadership Development Program is designed to expose you to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading healthcare provider that it is today. You will receive intentional, upfront, and ongoing training consisting of both hard and soft skills. This includes a series of heavy analytical trainings around modeling, finance, and structured analysis as well as opportunities to build your professional communication style. In addition to their full-time role, participants have an opportunity to manage a cross-functional project in the business to expand their skill set. Frequent coaching sessions and two formal mentor relationships provide opportunities for candid feedback and continued growth. The goal is to support your development in becoming a strong DaVita teammate with leadership potential.All participants join DaVita as an Analyst and support various teams and functions across our Village.
