Participants are challenged with maximum responsibility and executive exposure. You will receive training that will empower your development into a great leader as well as mentorship from senior management.Job Description:
The Redwoods Analyst Leadership Development Program is designed to expose you to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading healthcare provider that it is today. You will receive intentional, upfront, and ongoing training consisting of both hard and soft skills, including heavy analytical training around modeling, finance, and structured analysis. Participants have an opportunity to manage a cross-functional project in the business to expand their skill set.In addition to mentorship, executive exposure, and skill-building trainings, the curriculum includes:A rich cohort experience, with a start group of over 20 fellow Analysts from top schools.Three-week intensive training focused on understanding the business and preparing you for your role as an analyst.Collaboration with teammates across the Village and within your team.Participation in personal and professional development sessions throughout the year.Development of emotional intelligence (EQ) through training and 360 feedback.Visits to selected DaVita business offices and connections with senior leaders.Work with cross-functional teams.Qualifications/Skill Requirements:
(No healthcare background required)Demonstrated leadership potential.Strong analytical/quantitative skills.Highly skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking.Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Alignment with DaVita’s Mission and Core Values.A passion for getting things done.Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.Salary/Wage Range:
$60,500.00 - $81,900.00 / year.
