Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering5+ years related work experience in an industrial manufacturing settingExpert PLC programmer, Robots (Fanuc, Motoman, Yamaha, and Mitsubishi), Weber screwdriver, Nordson Spray System, Keyence Vision, LabVIEW, and Visual Basic programmingPosition Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop, install, and modify manufacturing equipment control systems (45%)Troubleshoot and repair equipment using standardized root cause analysis techniques (25%)Support manufacturing plant VA / VE (Value Add / Value Engineering) (15%)Provide guidance and direction to other associates (5%)Train associates, develop schematics, deliver presentations, manage projects, etc. (5%)Other duties as assigned (5%)Skills and Abilities

Typical software: AB PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, Fanuc, IAI, and Motoman Robots, Atlas Copco screwdriver, Keyence Vision, Excel, LabVIEW, and Visual Basic programmingIntermediate experience required in Windows, MSWord, PowerPoint, and ExcelIntermediate experience with AutoCAD and CATIA preferredEssential to Job Functions – Physical and/or Mental Restrictions
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of organizationAbility to work for extended periods of time while sittingStanding, walking, and bending for the duration of the workdayAbility to lift and/or move up to twenty-five poundsVisual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screenFull motor skillsWork Environment – Travel, Noise, Smells, Quiet, Indoors or Outdoors, etc.
