Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Drive project management activities, including:

Coordinate directly with the designated technical project officer and technology manager assigned for each project.Organize all internal and external meetings with relation to each project.Develop project scheduling ( e.g.

GANNT charts) detailing all related activities.Maintain up to date project budgets.Track deliverables, progress against milestones (projected vs. actuals).Actively adjust project milestones and timelines to ensure overall project success.Formalize/planning review meetings for project Go/No-Go milestones.Responsible for accurate financial tracking, billing, and on-time invoicing.

Communicate effectively and work fluidly within all Silfab’s departments: procurement, sales/marketing, operations, finance/accounting as well as external parties such as the DOE.Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.Control project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts.Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Education and ExperienceRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master of Science in Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.Proficient with MS Office Suite of Tools: experience with Smartsheet or other project management software.3-5 Years of experience in project management or construction with backgrounds in manufacturing or general contracting.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities.Preferred QualificationsSolidworks/CAD experience.PMP License.Project or initial warehouse setup and/or automation experience.Additional Information
